Processing details:Single particles were reconstructed in IMAGIC using D2 symmetry and then in FREALIGN using tetrahedral symmetry. Maps were shown to in fact have octahedral symmetry. Reconstruction was iterative and has symmetry determination and size fractionation coupled.
